The Pilates method is a unique system of body conditioning created in the early 1900's by Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates creates a strong and supple body through a combination of body movements which unite the body and mind, all while strengthening, toning and improving postural alignment.  Through a series of movements, you focus on strengthening the CORE of the body, allowing the body to move more efficiently. You will feel and see results by incorporating Pilates into your fitness regimen 2-3 times per week.
